Food Hygiene Course
Forwards recently partnered with Adult education to deliver a Food Hygiene course for those interested in a career in hospitality.
The course focussed upon food hygiene in the kitchen. It included areas such as contamination on hands and work surfaces, cleaning, the different types of chopping boards and other equipment; and personal hygiene.
It ran for 3 weeks and all the attendees received a certificate at the end to show their achievements.
