Forwards Employment Service

Your Forwards Work Clubs

Our Forwards Work Clubs can support those with: physical disability, sensory disability, high functioning, mental health and other health barriers.

Here are some of our successes from the Work Clubs:

Forwards has recently teamed up with Adult Education to ensure our customers receive the best support possible to achieve their employment goals. 3 of our work clubs, which includes:

  • Goal setting
  • Interview skills
  • Financial management
  • And Guest speakers, including local employers

Check out our detailed Work Club programme here.

The Work Clubs run weekly, delivered by an Adult Education tutor and supported by our experienced staff, as well as partners including 2Gether Trust, Barclays and other local organisations.

** We also have two seperate Work Clubs delivered by Salters Hill (Newent) and Brandon Trust (Dursley), which run every week on a Wednesday. They too cover topics to enhance employability skills and are a chance for fellow job seekers to interact with others**
